Homeopathy

July 18, 2015

The word homoeopathy comes from the Greek meaning ‘similar suffering’. It works on the premise that like cures like – treating symptoms with minute amounts of specially potentised medicines that cause similar symptoms in healthy people – which then work to stimulate the body’s ability to heal itself.

Lynda Mutch

I have been working as a Therapist, Homeopath and Healer for over 25 years. During that time I have studied many approaches to healing the body and mind. I have supported people through many life crises both physical and emotional using a variety of techniques.  My passion is to help people to regain their sense of health and fulfilment in life.

My main concern is that people feel safe and supported  during treatment whatever their problem. I work with all ages and all types of issues. I look at the whole person and help with general outlook including stress, diet, nutrition and lifestyle to support the healing process.

Some of the problems I have helped people with are depression, anxiety, hormonal imbalances including infertility and menopause, digestive problems, insomnia, joint pain, hay fever, asthma, eczema and allergies.

I also enjoy working with pregnant women and children who can respond well to homeopathy.

As well as dealing with individuals, I am also an experienced couples counsellor and help people to find techniques to listen to each other and communicate so that they can find a way through their problems together.

For nearly thirty years I have been practising Homeopathy in Bath, treating a wide variety of ailments in both adults and children. During that time I have continued to develop my understanding of Homeopathy, health and disease, studying and working with the leading figures of the day. Being with my patients to find the remedy to help them never ceases to be exciting and creative for me. For the last twenty years I have taught Homeopathy in colleges and in seminars in the UK, Europe. USA, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.

Homeopathy can help adults in many ways and is excellent in the treatment of children. Regulations prevent me from describing more fully the scope of what can be done. If you would like to talk about your complaint and how I think I might be able to help please either ring or email me. My contact details are below.

Homoeopathy enables people to live their lives to the full, restoring health simply, naturally and effectively. It supports both adults and children in their everyday lives, helping them deal with the stress and subsequent illnesses of a fast paced and rapidly changing world.
