Pinda Sveda Herbal Bolus De-Stress (1 hour)

Pinda Sveda Herbal Bolus De-Stress(Extended) (90 minutes)
A rejuvenating, strengthening, and nourishing massage which uses cotton poultice bags filled with specially selected herbs which are pressed gently over the body. It helps to alleviate muscle and joint pain, tensions, and stress.

Kati Basti (1 hour)
A unique warm oil treatment for the lower back which can be helpful in treating all lower back ailments including acute and chronic pain, nerve disorders, and sciatica.

Greeva Basti (1 hour)
A specialized warm oil treatment for the back of the neck, it is ideal for people suffering from acute and chronic neck pains, nerve problems, tension, and stress related ailments.

Hridaya Basti (1 hour)
The heart area is continuously bathed with warm Ayurvedic oils. This treatment is ideal for relieving nervousness, anxiety, and fear. It assists with ailments such as high blood pressure and heart conditions.

Shiroabhyanga Head Massage (45 minutes, 30 minutes)
This intensely relaxing and revitalising massage nourishes both hair and roots

Shirodhara – Forehead Oil Flow Treatment (1 hour)
A blissful treatment involving a steady stream of warm oil being gently poured in a rhythmical movement over the central Chakra point on the forehead. Deeply relaxing, this treatment can help to remove stress.

A gentle facial massage is followed by a stream therapy and the application of warm herbal oils through the nose. This treatment can be highly effective in relieving headaches, sinusitis, migraines, sleep ailments, hayfever and tiredness.

She then went on to qualify as a Traditional Thai Master practitioner in 2007 at the Highly esteemed Body Harmonics Centre in Cheltenham. Since then Shireen has continued on the holistic path in bodywork with dedication to self study, further learning, practice and shear love of her work.
Shireen’s practice aim is to tailor each treatment as acutely as possible to address the specific problem areas, emotional and physical. This can be achieved through incorporating different massage disciplines, giving a uniquely synergistic and individual treatment.
Shireen has completed her Ayurvedic Therapist Diploma with Ayurveda Pura, London in Febuary 2016, and now offers a fantastic range of Ayurvedic treatments too.
